Could this be a better use of the Beach House patio at last?
The Beach House announced their closure recently after an attempt to rebrand and revamp the old Stonehouse Grill as a beach-themed restaurant featuring tacos and other beach going fare. Plagued by mediocre flavors and quality, the restaurant struggled to get its momentum in the restaurant-heavy Old Town Fort Collins. Our hope is that the new restaurant (brewery or not) makes it worth enjoying the fantastic upstairs patio once again!
Breckenridge Brewery under contract to buy former Beach House in Old Town Fort Collins
Breckenridge-Wynkoop LLC, the joint venture between the Breckenridge Brewery and the Wynkoop Brewery, are under contract to buy the former Beach House location at 125 S. College Ave. in Old Town, company president Ed Cerkovnik said Saturday.
