A pre-inspection occurs when a Seller pays a licensed Inspector to come out and complete an Inspection on their home prior to it going Under Contract.  It does not necessarily mean that the Buyer will not hire their own Inspector or that the other Inspector won’t find something else wrong, but it’s a great way to find any ‘red flag’ items before everyone is wrapped up in a Contract.

We have some fantastic Inspectors who do pre-inspections at prices that are well worth doing if the home is older, has any ‘DIY’ improvements, has been remodeled over time or has any issues that would cause concern.
