  • Dealbreakers in Real EstateQuestionable Ethics – If you set out to take advantage of others or ‘rig’ the system, we are not the team for you. If your goal is to write 5 offers so you can take the ‘best’ and renege on the others at inspection or you want to offer more money to ‘win’ a bidding war and then try to force a price drop later or otherwise want us to support any ‘gray area’ activities, count us out. Our integrity is paramount to our success and our happiness in this industry and you can’t pay us enough to compromise it.
  • Mean-Spirited Behavior – We are a Christian, family-focused, woman-founded/run business and have firm boundaries around respecting ourselves, our reputation and our community. In short, be nice. To us, to others, to yourself. Racism, bigotry, etc are all dealbreakers for us.
  • Disregarding Business Hours – This is a tough one. We will ABSOLUTELY work until the wee hours to put a deal together or to negotiate a deadline issue or otherwise deal with any ‘firedrills’ that come up. There is no clock on protecting your earnest money or your investment. However, we have families who need us and we will put them first during non-work hours. If you call after 7pm or on Sundays, be patient and know that we will be in touch promptly the next day to handle your questions or concerns when we are best available to do so and much more equipped to handle things the right way.
