1. How long have you been selling Real Estate?
The NoCo Home Team has been an ‘official’ team since September of 2011, but we have been independently serving the Northern Colorado Real Estate community since 2005 (Leslie), 2011 (Dee), 2014 (Ian) and 2015 (Peter). We are passionate about this industry and about doing the very best job for our clients and for the community. With an almost fanatical focus on learning new technology and staying abreast of the constant changes in finance, contracts and marketing, we ensure that your Offers will stand above the rest. Our team model ensures a better work-life balance that keeps the smiles on our faces despite daily challenges and keeps us constantly striving to reach our goals of building a relationship-based business for life.
2. What areas do you work in?
Our team focuses on the Northern Colorado Real Estate markets surrounding Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Laporte and Timnath. We also do quite a lot of business in rural property areas (and USDA homes) in Evans, Johnstown and Milliken. We tend to list and sell mostly single family homes, investment properties (rental/apartment buildings) and horse property, but are comfortable selling any real property within our target areas.
Looking in Greeley, Longmont, Denver or anywhere outside of Colorado? We would be happy to find and vet a local expert to help you!
3. How many homes do you sell per year?
The NoCo Home Team’s current statistics for 2014 (with only 2 Agents producing and 6 months of maternity leave between us):
- Total Volume – $11.2 Million
- Total Sales – 43 Homes
The NoCo Home Team’s current statistics thru July 2015:
- Total Volume – $9 Million
- Total Sales – 33 Homes
4. What makes you different from other Realtors?
- Education – We learn from every deal, from every agent, from every day that we work in this industry. Our job is to the best possible versions of ourselves so that we can do the best possible job for you and we are relentless in pursuing that goal.
- Drive – We go the distance and will always fight to the end. Usually, being proactive means that there are few hiccups but when the going gets tough, our team is known for buckling down and getting it done, regardless of what it takes.
- Communication – There are four of us and there is always someone available for your questions, concerns or to move mountains when there are mountains to move. You’ll never find that your Realtor is sick or on vacation or just plain too swamped to help you.
- Business – Unlike 99% of Realtors, we don’t take our paycheck and run. This is a business for life and we run it at such. Our commissions going into the business, we take a salary and we make good choices in how to best leverage the company income to the meet the needs of our clients and for future growth. This means we aren’t focused on OUR money. We’re focused on doing the very best for yours.
5. What is the average price of homes you sell?
Our 2015 sales thus far have ranged from a vacant lot in Red Feather Lakes at $28,000 up to a beautiful Harmony Crossing stunner at $1,350,000. Our average sales price was $309,000.
The NoCo Home Team works hard to focus on relationships first and let the statistics take care of themselves. Even so, we are proud of what we’ve accomplished and continue to accomplish over the years, especially in building strong relationships with our clients. Our proudest moments are reflected by our testimonials both on this site and throughout the community.
We are building a business for life and hope to play a part in making your real estate dreams come true!
