Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Peter spent the first 30 years of his life there, where he married his wife, Kara, and welcomed their first three sons — Grayson, Landon, and Beaumont. In 2015, inspired by his sister Leslie and her growing real estate business, the NoCo Home Team, Peter made a life-changing decision. He left a successful corporate sales career and moved his family from Phoenix to Fort Collins, Colorado to join the  NCHT as tne team’s  Buyer’s Agent.

Over the next six years, Peter helped guide more than 500 clients through successful real estate transactions. In 2021, he stepped into leadership and took over operations of the NoCo Home Team. For more than 15 years, the team has consistently been a top-performing real estate group in Northern Colorado in both sales volume and number of transactions.

After relocating to Colorado, Peter and Kara welcomed two more children — Luciana in 2017 and Jeremiah in 2023 — bringing their family to five energetic kids. Life is full and beautifully busy. Grayson and Landon are deeply involved in basketball (with Landon also playing soccer), Beaumont splits his time between horseback riding and basketball, and Luci keeps everyone moving and laughing, playing soccer and piano. Jeremiah happily tags along to it all, often stealing the spotlight. With the amount of time spent in practices, games, and community events, the friendships and connections they’ve built have become some of their greatest blessings. Northern Colorado isn’t just where they live — it’s a community they’re grateful to be deeply rooted in.

Outside of real estate, Peter’s love for soccer runs deep. Whether playing competitively, coaching, or cheering from the sidelines, the game has always been a meaningful part of his life. He enjoys staying active, embracing Colorado’s outdoors, and continually investing in personal growth. Peter and Kara also cherish spending time with their extended family who live in Colorado. Above all, Peter is passionate about serving others — faithfully leading his family, building lasting relationships, and helping clients make wise, confident real estate decisions that support their long-term goals. For him, it’s about doing the work well, caring for people deeply, and showing up with consistency and integrity.
