While ‘location, location, location’ may be the siren song for Real Estate, ‘service, service, service’ is the motto of any Real Estate professional worth their salt. Our job is to facilitate your sale or purchase and that job encompasses an overwhelmingly broad sweep of tasks – from psychological to the mundane…

  • Woke up at 5am freaking out about whether the roof would be fixed in time? We’re here to talk you through the timing and reassure you (although NOT at 5am! ;).
  • Gutter installers didn’t show up and today is the last day to get them done? We’re ON it.
  • Need to double check one more time that your bedroom set will leave enough room for both nightstands? We’re happy to break out the tape measure again.

But where do we draw the line?

In a business that is driven by happy customers, is it okay to ‘just say no’ sometimes?

The short answer is YES. We operate on the premise that ‘not all business is good business’. We work with good people, its as simple as that. We have clients of all backgrounds, price points, religions, races, orientations, abilities and dreams but we will absolutely screen you just as you interview us. You can be high-maintenance, picky, pushy, needy, just plain crazy or otherwise difficult and you won’t scare us. We just want to know that you are genuine, honest and forthright in your goals and will respect us and the process. Sound fair?
