You invested well in changes with great return. You paid attention to comparables and recommendations and priced it well. You made it easy to show, right away, regardless of inconvenience.
You got an offer after the first showing on the first night.
For full price.
You didn’t assume that you could have gotten more or ‘held out’ for something better.
You stuck it out through some silly inspection items, then had them handled quickly.
Essentially, you were Fabulous Sellers.
We spend a lot of time talking about all of the work that WE do, the marketing, the door knocking, the ‘spreading the word’ before it ever lists. We sometimes forget how important the work that you’ll do will be in getting it sold.
