I had an old house that I put on the market with Leslie. It turned out to have issues I was unaware of. Leslie and her team kept me informed, patiently explained and discussed issues, and did all the negotiations with prospective buyers. I only had to sit back relaxed. House sold quickly, and I was very happy with the result.

I really enjoyed working with Leslie and her team. Leslie is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, she explained things very clearly (perfect for a first-time buyer like me), was straightforward, and always made herself available. Unfortunately, my job never cooperated and I wasn’t able to stay in Ft. Collins in the long term. But I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Leslie!
