Our professional graphic designer creates a customized color brochure containing important information about your property. We prepare an informational packet containing all the information a buyer may want to know, including any surveys, school information, average utility costs, HOA information, any pre-inspection reports, listing disclosures, etc. This information gives buyers the confidence to write an offer by reducing the unknowns and “what-ifs” that could prevent them from “pulling the trigger.” Additionally, our team will place feature cards near noteworthy features within your home to ensure that the buyers (and appraisers) take note of all the important upgrades and details.
