Recently got in a mini bidding war on a piece of ground, but the other bidder's real estate agent was out of town, and NoCo Home Team was ON THE JOB, even when inconvenient. Guess what? We got the land. I've used them now for 6 sales/purchases, and never regretted it. Won't use anyone else.
