In a very hot seller’s market, we had to move fast. Our situation was compounded by being out-of-state buyers.  Our agent, Peter Clay, went far beyond the norm when he took it upon himself to shoot videos of a new home listing that just hit the market. We bought that house sight unseen, thanks to his efforts. We knew that he knew us and that we could trust him to find our dream home. All of the team came together to help us win and close the sale.
